In this blog a demo PowerApp is showcased that includes a mechanism (aka reusable pattern) for users of the app to share feedback within that app such as bugs, suggestions, data change requests etc.
The home landing screen in the app also demonstrates random rotating photos being rendered that have been uploaded to a SharePoint Document Library. In total there are approximately 175 photos stored in that library.
